Detailed Itinerary: Delhi Agra Ayodhya Varanasi Tour 6 Days

  • Day 1- Delhi arrival & sightseeing

    Upon landing at Delhi airport, you will be greeted by our staff and you will get transfer to the hotel. Later enjoy Delhi city tour covers old Delhi & New Delhi monuments such as Jama masjid the biggest mosque of India, Raj Ghat the crematorium ground of father of nation M.K. Gandhi, Also explore the famous Chandni chowk market known for famous eateries of Delhi city. Now you move to visit the colonial sites of Delhi India gate, parliament street and the president house also known as Lutyen’s Delhi during British India era. Now visit the world heritage sites like Qutub Minar the tallest tower built by Qutub ud din Aibak in 12th century. Also explore the Lotus Temple of Delhi then move back to hotel for night stay.

  • Day 2- Delhi to Agra drive

    After morning breakfast, you will be leaving straight to Agra city which consists three world heritage sites in it. This journey between Delhi -Agra took 3 hours and you will be reaching Agra via the Yamuna express highway. Here visit the Unesco monument the Agra Fort built by emperor Akbar in 15th century and this is one of the finest examples of Mughal’s royal lifestyle. Later you will head straight to watch the spectacular sunset view of Taj Mahal from the Mehtab Garden or Moonlit Garden. On the way back you will be passing through the world-famous handicraft markets of Agra city where you can shop for marble articles, leather goods, rugs and carpets. Night stay at hotel.

  • Day 3- Agra to Lucknow

    Early morning leave to visit the Taj mahal sunrise tour inside the Taj Mahal. This white marble monument was built in 16th century by the Mughal emperor Shahjahan in the loving memory of her wife and still its famous among the tourists as the epitome of love. After the guided tour you will be return back for breakfast. Afterwards you will be heading towards the Lucknow city which is located on the distance of 360 kms from Agra city and the journey took 4 hours. Check in to hotel for night stay in Lucknow.

  • Day 4- Lucknow- Ayodhya- Varanasi

    Start early from Lucknow and leave straight to Ayodhya city which is around 125 kms and took 3 hours. Upon reaching you will be visiting the sacred Hindu temple Hanuman Garhi dedicated to Lord hanuman. Move to the next place the Ram Janmbhoomi temple which is the centre of Hindu religion in all over the world. This newly built temple will be one of the prime attractions of North India in recent months and every 2 to 3 lack visitors come to visit this place. Also explore the Kanak Bhawan palace and take a walk up to the Saryu River related to the mythological stories. Once you over the sightseeing in Varanasi you will be heading straight to Varanasi city or Kaashi.

  • Day 5- Varanasi city tour & evening aarti

    Start early morning from hotel and visit the banks of river Ganges where you will get in to a Boat to explore the different ghats of Varanasi. You will be watching the historical Dashaswamedha Ghat, Assi ghat, manikarnika ghat, mansingh ghat etc. This one-hour boat trip will show you different believes of Hindu religion. Later you will be enjoying city tour of Varanasi by watching the Kashi Vishwanath temple dedicated to Lord shiva and one among the 12 Jyotirlinga temple of lord shiva. Also visit the Kaal Bhairava Temple, Sankat mochan Temple and Durga ji Temple. In the evening you will be return back to Ghats to attend the most beautiful ceremony of river ganges called Ganga Aarti performed on the bank of Dashaswamedha ghat. After the prayer ceremony ends you will head back to hotel for overnight stay.
