MANALI

Manali is a Beautiful hill station of Great Himalayan Range in northern State of Himachal Pradesh, Situated in the Beas River Valley. MANALI ATTRACTIONS

Rohtang Pass
It is a nearby high altitude point at 13,050 ft above sea level. Rohtang Pass offers a fascinating view of surrounding hills. Rohtang pass is located on Manali-Leh national highway and it is closed in peak winters due to heavy snow fall.

Solang Valley

It is 14 Kms away from Manali and known for its Ski-lift. It is also known as Snow point as it receives heavy snow fall in winters. From the top of the valley one gets a panaromic view of the nearby mountains.

Vashist Hot Water Springs
These natural hot springs are around 5 kms from Manali. They hot springs are said to have medicinal properties due to the sulphur content in water. One can easily avail the facility of separate bathroom to take a shower here. There is an ancient temples as well dedicated to Vashistha Rishi.

The Manali Gompa
It is one of the most important places for Buddhists in and around Manali and was built in 1960. Manali Gompa is very famous because of its large Statue of Lord Budha.

Kothi
Kothi is a small local village located just below the Rohatang Pass. This place is frequented by touriststo get a view of running Beas River through some deep Gorges. This village also offers visitors a fascinating experience nature.

Hidimba Temple
Dedicated to Hidimba Devi, this is an ancient cave temple.

Beas Kund
This is a Temple dedicated to River Beas. It is situated at the origin of River Beas
