LADAKH NUBRA VELLEY BY TREK
Tour Duration : 15 Nights/ 16 Days
Day 1: Early morning flight to Leh. Full Day Rest at Leh.
Day 2: Tour of Leh city, including the Buddhist Monasteries, 17th century palace and gompa.
Day 3: Touring the monasteries and palaces of the Indus valley.
Day 4: Touring monasteries, Gompas in and around Leh including a visit to KhardungLa Pass.
Day 5: Morning stroll to Sankar Gompa, then to the nearby village of Sabu. Overnight in Sabu.
Day 6: Today we begin our trek. The trek will take us through magnificent grazing areas to the campsite at Polu Digar.
Day 7: Continue upward to the Digar La base camp.
Day 8: We cross Digar La pass, at an altitude of 17,230 ft. From the top, views stretch south to the Zanskar range and north to the Saser range, Ladakh's highest peaks. Overnight in Camp by a lovely stream.
Day 9: Our Trek takes us to Aghyam through a remote village of Digar.
Day 10: Trek to Tangyar, another local village of this region.
Day 11: Continue upward to Dhungle, Over Night Camp.
Day 12: Trek upwards to the Wuri La pass, at an altitude of 17,061 ft. Get a panaromic view of the valley with Karakoram in Pakistan standing high. Descend Zule Tokpo. Overnight Camp.
Day 13: Trek to the village of Sabu, and the TakTok gompa, an ancient shrine built within an impressive cave. Travel by jeep to the village of Tangtse Over Night Camp.
Day 14: We explore around Ladakhs biggest Lake, Pangong Lake. We drive back towards Leh, passing though Chang La, the second highest motorable road on earth. Overnight in Leh.
Day 15: Morning flight to Delhi, on arrival check in Hotel. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 16: Transfer to Delhi airport for flight to onwards journey.
