JAIPUR
Jaipur is the Capital city of State of Rajasthan. Rajasthan is one of the favorite destinations of the tourist. JAIPUR ATTRACTIONS
Amer Palace
The Amer fort is 12 Km from Jaipur and is built atop a hill. Its was built by Rajput King, Maharaja Jai Singh. Amer Fort is a Classic example of Rajput and Mughal Architecture. Amer fort from the base of the hill can be reached by foot or over the back of elephants. The palace walls is full of paintings made out of precious stones and mirrors, reflecting tales of of Maharajas hunting expeditions and battle scenes. Some of the other notable attractions of the Amer fort are, Hall of Victory, Elephant gate and Sheesh Mahal (Palace of mirrors).
The City Palace
The City Palace is in the heart of the Pink City of Jaipur. This Palace is another beautiful examples of Rajput and Mughal architecture. It quite a number of pavillions, courtyards, chambers and gardens. A part of the palace is still the home of the present Maharaja. Other part of th Palace is converted into a Museum and is open for Public. This museum houses the some of the valued rajputana Paintings, Antiques, weaponery, royal costumes, silver vessels and much more.
Hawa Mahal 
Hawa Mahal meaning “Palace of winds” in English is the most popular landmark of Jaipur. The Mahal is a five storied sand stone building with each storey having semi-octagonal overhanging windows that are carved into honey-comb, perforated screens. It was constricted to allow Rajput women to view the streets of the pink city without being seen from the street.
Jaigarh Fort
The Jaigarh fort was built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1726. It was build to be used as a treasury. It has a Palace, wide green gardens, temples, water reservoir and a Giant Cannon placed on the top of the fort.
Jantar Mantar
Jantar Mantar was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in 1726. This is an astronomical observaroty of that time. The observatory has some huge structures constructed to calculate and measure the positions of the stars, altitudes, time of the day or even calculating eclipses.
Nahargarh Fort
The Nahargarh fort is a picturesque fort, about 8 km from Jaipur. It was built in 1734 by Maharaja Jai Singh II. It is also known as the Tiger Fort, it is floodlit at night and can be seen from the highway. The fort provides a magnificent view of the Man Sagar Lake and the palatial duck blind in the midst of the lake.
